A few days ago, I had dim sum with my friend, Ming, at the same place we went to last time (just a different branch this time). He has decided that every time we go, I should try some new things. I think this is a good idea, and hopefully it will expand my already great love for dim sum even further.

- “Chen cun fen,” or flat rice noodles with scallions.
- In the rear, mushroom rolls in a bean curd wrap. In front are slices of sweetened fried milk with slivered almonds.
