I’m a U.S. expat who has lived in Asia (China, then Japan) since the end of 2013. I studied photography in college before I decided to become a licensed teacher (and later I got my M.Ed. in teaching English learners). I got the travel bug after visiting Italy as a teenager. My goal with this blog is to combine my love of travel and exploration with my photography. My hope is to bring travel and interesting stories to those who haven’t traveled (or can’t travel).
