When it’s unseasonably cold and wet out, one can find comfort in devouring some food from China’s northeastern region. This region consists of three provinces: Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning. One thing that I like about Chinese food is how delicious they can make veggies seem, something that a “meatatarian” like me can really appreciate. Anyway, enjoy vicariously…
