The most honest airport menu item description.

So while waiting at the airport in Hangzhou after having completed our week-long summer camp, my friend or co-worker and I were looking at a menu. While scrolling through, we came across a description that was both amusing and startlingly accurate. Take a look for yourself…

braised blob

Out of all the words in the English language that could be used to describe their food, the fact that they still chose to use the word “blob” is, in itself, quite amusing. It also shows that they were going for the most direct way to describe this item. But, hey, the Chinese seem to make great braised pork belly. So, how bad could a braised blob be, right?
